Easily Consign Your Items
At MONA, we are always welcoming new consignors.
Items must be 2-3 years old or newer and in great condition, freshly laundered or dry cleaned.
Accounts are opened with a minimum of 10 pieces.
Please bring your items folded in bags or bins; no hangers, please.
We accept consignment

Tuesday - Saturday only
between 10 am-4 pm

Wednesday - Saturday only
between 10 am - 4 pm
If we are with clients when you arrive, we will do our best to look at your items as soon as possible. It usually takes 5-15 minutes to look through items.
We do our best to choose the pieces we feel we can sell.
At the end of the 3-month contract, the items are donated.
With the growing number of consignors within our 2 locations, we do not have the wherewithal to return items.
Items under $100 are not eligible for pickup and are donated to local charities.
Items priced over $100 can be picked up. The consignor must email one week before their contract is up to arrange pickup. You then have one week to pick them up; after that timeframe, we donate the items.
If any items are found to have stains, holes, excessive wear, or damage that were missed at the time of intake, those items will be donated and not returned.
Consignment Tips

Make sure your items are freshly laundered or dry-cleaned. Any items with stains or odour will be rejected. All shoes must be clean of mud and dirt. No exceptions.

We accept items that are no more that 3 years - if you feel the item is timeless we will certainly have a look. You must have a minimum of 10 pieces to start an account.

If you would like to be offered a buyout please let us know.
A buyout means that we would buy the Items directly from you for cash or store credit.
